Asset license · owner-review draft

Use the design, respect the material inside it

This original license explanation is an owner-review draft. The intended permission is to use the supplied original template elements in your exported app images, including commercial work, without required attribution. The owner must approve the final license and asset inventory before publication.

What you may create with the original templates

You may edit the supplied original template arrangements, backgrounds, text treatments, and device-style illustrations to make finished images for an app or product you are authorized to represent. Intended uses include store listings, product websites, presentations, and social posts. Commercial use of those finished exports is included, and attribution to AppScreenshot.online is not required. You may change colors, wording, layout, and the screenshots placed in the design. There is no export watermark or separate paid permission step for this use.

What this permission does not transfer

Permission to use finished design exports does not transfer ownership of the AppScreenshot.online wordmark, website, editor source code, or unrelated brand graphics. It does not authorize suggesting that AppScreenshot.online, a device manufacturer, or an app store endorses your product. This draft does not grant a separate right to redistribute the original template collection as your own competing asset library. If you need a use outside editing and exporting product images, contact the owner with a description of the material and intended distribution.

Replace the fictional interface examples

The sample app screens, names, and values demonstrate how a composition works. They are fictional design content rather than ready-made evidence for a real app listing. Before publication, replace them with genuine screens from your product and accurate descriptions. Do not imply that a sample feature, result, chart, or rating belongs to your application. You may use the template’s original decorative design around your own content, but the correctness of the story you publish remains your responsibility.

Your uploads and third-party assets

You retain the rights you already have in the content you upload. This license cannot expand those rights or clear restrictions imposed by someone else. Review permission for screenshots, fonts, photographs, illustrations, and logos before including them. A font’s web-use permission may differ from its use in redistributed design software, and a photo license may have limits on commercial promotion. Software packages used by the editor also have their own licenses; they are not automatically licensed under this explanation of creative template assets.

Keep evidence of permission for any outside material that matters to your project. If you replace an original background with a third-party image, the background’s new source determines the rights to that image. Free access to the editor does not make an unlicensed upload safe to publish.

Device and store references

Device-style frames are independently drawn visual treatments. They are not supplied as official manufacturer photography or approved brand assets. Platform names are used to identify intended output categories and requirements, without an endorsement claim. Check store guidance before using decorative devices, platform logos, badges, or promotional copy in a submission. In particular, a feature graphic and a phone screenshot have different purposes and may need different compositions even when created in the same editor.

Keep the export and its provenance together

For an important release, keep the editable backup, your source images, and a short note about any external asset permissions with the finished exports. This makes later revisions easier and helps you identify which material came from your app and which came from a design source. The site owner must review this draft, confirm ownership of the supplied assets, and record any exceptions before a final license is published. Questions about a specific use can be sent by email; no response-time commitment is stated.
