Use the direct email path
Send your message to contact@appscreenshot.online. If clicking the link does not open an email application, copy the address into the service you normally use. You do not need an AppScreenshot.online account to write. There is no contact form with a hidden delivery step, and there is no on-site ticket number. Keep a copy of your sent message if you want a record. Email delivery and the privacy of your message also depend on your own provider and the receiving provider.
For an editor or export problem
Describe what you were trying to do, the steps that led to the issue, what you expected, and what actually happened. Include your browser, operating system, output preset, and whether you started with a template or a blank project. If an image exports incorrectly, describe the visible fault and the dimensions of the downloaded file. A small reproducible example is especially helpful. Before attaching a project, remove private app screens, personal details, access tokens, and any other information you do not intend to share.
A local project link is not a shared project. It points to data stored in your browser and normally cannot be opened by someone else. If a project is needed to explain a problem, create a sanitized backup or an example using the fictional sample content instead of sending only the address.
For template and content suggestions
Explain the kind of app, destination platform, and communication task you want a design to support. For example, a tablet drawing app may need a larger canvas area, while a desktop tool may need a readable two-pane workspace. Name the limitation you encountered in the existing collection and describe the arrangement that would help. Suggestions do not guarantee that a template will be added, but they make the need easier to assess. Please do not send a competitor’s template with a request to reproduce it.
For privacy or accessibility concerns
If you have a privacy question, describe the action you took and the data you are concerned about without sending the data itself. For an accessibility issue, include the page or editor task, browser, assistive technology if relevant, and the control you could not use. A description such as “I cannot reach the export action with the keyboard after selecting text” is more useful than a broad score or general impression. We do not make a formal accessibility certification claim.
Check these answers while you prepare your message
If a previous project is missing, first confirm that you are using the same browser profile and device. Clearing site data or using a private browsing session may remove local storage. If an export looks wrong, inspect the file outside the editor and compare it with the selected dimensions. If a store rejects an image, keep the exact rejection message and review the store’s current documentation. AppScreenshot.online cannot access your store account or determine the outcome of a store review.
